Sir Michael is a qualified lawyer and chartered accountant and has chaired Millstream’s
board of directors since March 2000.
Tim Williams
Managing Director
Tim is a recognised expert on public procurement in the UK and Europe and has briefed
Ministers, MPs and MEPs on changes in procurement law. Tim oversees the strategic
direction of Millstream and leads the management team.
Alan Brown
Technical Director
Alan heads up the IT Team who are responsible for all hardware and software requirements,
and the efficient operation of our systems. Alan administers the Millstream infrastructure
and liaises with specialist providers.
